Dear Fellow Vallejoans:

            It is with enthusiasm that I welcome you to my website.  I am proud to have served as your Mayor for the past three (3) years.

            2011 is a new year and it holds great promise for our city!  We are poised to come out of bankruptcy and we are in prime position to bring innovative and sustainable jobs and businesses to Vallejo.  We are also on the verge of moving forward with the development of our Waterfront, commercial and industrial development on Mare Island as well as an exciting vision for the development of the fairgrounds property.  We are continuing to develop camaraderie and consensus among our citizens, the City Council, the business community and the Mayor’s Office.  There are no limits on what we can accomplish by working together.
